Welcome to Savr ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your personal
information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use,
disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application (the "App"). By
accessing or using Savr, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to our
collection, storage, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in this
Privacy Policy.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information that you provide to us directly and information that is
automatically collected when you use the App.
Personal Data: Identity Data (Name, Username, Profile Picture), Contact Data (Email
address, Phone number), Authentication Data (Password or social login tokens).
Device & Location Data: Geolocation (to provide core features such as finding
"Nearest Restaurants," enabling "Check-ins," and verifying your presence). Device model, IP
address.
User-Generated Content: Reviews, ratings, tags, photos, questions, and answers.
Note: User-Generated Content is public and visible to other users.
3. How We Use Your Information
Service Delivery: To create your account, display restaurants, and process reviews.
Gamification: To calculate Points, User Level, and Leaderboard ranking.
Personalization: To recommend restaurants and Tribes.
Communication & Safety: To moderate content, ban violators, and send notifications.
4. Permissions We Request
Location (While in Use), Camera & Photo Library, and Notifications.
5. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We may share information Publicly
(username, reviews, badges), with Service Providers (Google Maps, AWS), or for Legal
Obligations.
6. Data Retention & Deletion
Right to Delete: You have the right to delete your account and all associated
data at any time.
How to delete: Go to Settings > Privacy > Delete Account inside the App, or from the
web app at savor.bond/#/deleteaccount.
Consequence: Your profile, points, and personal data will be permanently removed.
Your public reviews may remain but will be anonymized.
